Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, eligible items can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for store credit.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery
  • Be in their original condition and packaging
  • Have all tags and labels attached
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Be unused, unworn, and undamaged

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and all sales are final:

  • Mind Over Matter Collection
  • All Beanies / Fisherman Beanies
  • Clearance and discounted items, unless they arrive damaged or defective

These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

How to Start a Return

For items that are eligible for return:

  1. Contact us at info@3ruevizion.com
  2. Let us know the item(s) you want to return and choose a return reason.
  3. Attach clear photos if requested based on your return reason.
  4. Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided.
  5. Package your items securely and attach the label.
  6. Ship your return to:

Refunds (Store Credit Only)

  • All approved returns are refunded as store credit once your items are delivered and inspected.
  • Processing typically takes 1–2 business days after we receive your return.
  • Store credit will be issued to your account and can be used on future purchases.
  • No additional fees or restocking charges are deducted from your refund amount.

We do not currently offer cash refunds.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different size or item, please:

  1. Complete a return for store credit, then
  2. Place a new order using your credit.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns (e.g., size, fit, changed mind).
  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us as soon as possible with clear photos showing the issue.
  • Once approved, we will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Processing typically takes 1–2 business days after we receive your return.
  • You’ll receive store credit or a resolution as agreed with our support team.

International Returns

At this time, we do not accept international returns for cross-border orders.

If you are outside our domestic shipping region, please contact our support team to discuss any available options.

Orders placed through third-party marketplaces may be subject to their own return policies. Please review the specific marketplace’s return terms.
